Insulating jackets are manufactured utilising high quality insulation materials to any specification and temperature to be installed around awkward pipework features where conventional insulation methods would be difficult and ultimately result in poor insulation not fit for purpose.
Our pipe and valve insulation jackets are manufactured from a silicone coated glass cloth with a duct wrap filler as standard. Other fabric and fillings can be used to suit your application.
Reducing heat losses from pipelines is one of the main challenges in the industry. Insulation jackets would prevent heat loss and help giving a more accurate reading for any surface mount temperature sensor. We have a range of standard profiles to suit all standard pipework, flanges, and valves. Pipe and valve insulation jackets are designed to insulate pipe work and valves helping to improve energy efficiency. These jackets are removable and easy to install to enable easy service and maintenance.
