Aylesbury Estate is Hill is to deliver 229 new homes as part of the first phase of this landmark regeneration which will eventually deliver 3,500 new homes. This is the largest estate regeneration in Europe.

The First Development Site will comprise of 84% homes for social rent, including 54 extra care units, and seven homes for people with learning difficulties. The FDS, comprising 830 homes, forms part of the overall regeneration process to deliver 3,500 new homes, half of which will be affordable. We have provided Thermal Insulation, Trace Heating, Armaflex, Acoustic insulation, Thermal insulation boards and Venture Clad.
